    Steel selection

    AEB-L, the 52100 of the stainless world with corrosion resistance on top, for a heavy-use working knife. CPM MagnaCut for superior edge retention.

  2. 02

    Blade geometry

    Steep sabre grind, 20 degree edge.

  3. 03

    Heat treatment

    Plate quenched, cryogenic treatment in liquid nitrogen, double tempering cycle. AEB-L 61 HRC · CPM MagnaCut 63 HRC.

  4. 04

    Grinding & finishing

    Mill-spec blades with a hand-ground finish on the knife grinder. Stonewash blade finish.

  5. 05

    Handle fitting

    G10 fibreglass reinforced resin, fastened with T20 torx head screws and a 1mm shadow line.

  6. 06

    Final inspection

    Geometry, edge, blade finish and handle fitment inspected before the maker's mark is engraved.
